Your Strengths Are Your Superpower (And You Don't Have to Be Good at Everything)

I don't know if this is you..

But I've spent way too much time beating myself up for not being someone else.

I used to think achievers were these Lamborghini-driving, never-stop-to-think-or-feel types.

The higher I've risen.. the more I realize how much negative projection and ego preservation I've done in my life..

Also.. it turns out, I’ve got achiever in me too.

I just took the StengthsFinder assessment and Achiever is my top strength!

But it's mixed with a whole lot of Deliberative and Learner and my own unique cocktail of strengths.

And that’s the magic.

You don’t have to be someone else.
You just have to know who you are and lean into it.

For years, my wife and I tried to make each other wrong for not having the same strengths.

Now we get it: your unique strengths are a feature, not a bug.

They’re what make you awesome.

And the stuff you’re not good at?

That’s where you bring in help, you delegate, you hire people who love doing what you don’t.

So if building funnels isn’t your jam, guess what? It’s mine.

And that’s the beauty of it.

Lean into what you do best and let others help where you’re not strong.

That’s how you create something truly incredible.
