We know that getting what we want comes as a result from asking, but what happens when you ask and get a "no"?

Depending on how many times this has happened we may feel an immediate response of fear, shame or embrassment.

If so, do what works for you to recover, regroup and get grounded. ​

When you're back, just move to the next person who can help you.

The other person may be a miserable uncooperative person!

They may be at their wits end at home or in a fight with their best friend.

Or maybe they're just hungry!

Regardless, your ask, your mission is way to important to leave it in the hands of a single stranger.

The more you do this, the more resilient you get and the easier it gets for you.
