Why Your Webinar Email Strategy Is Outdated (And How to Fix It)

One of the worst parts about running a regular webinar is what happens after the presentation is over.

Specifically after the cart closes, when it's time to reset evvvvvverything to fire off again for the next webinar date.

You've got the countdown timer on the funnel, the registration emails, the back end campaign emails..

All of those emails need to be updated, possibly cloned, dates changed.. it's a mess.

Until now!

In ClickFunnels 2.0 there's a way to schedule emails relative to a calendar date.

The feature is a new workflow step called Calendar Event Delay.

With it you can have emails get sent x days prior to an event date/time, right at the event time, or x days after the date/time.

Then when you run your webinar each time, you simply change the date associated with the funnel and everything automatically updates.

This means all of your "2 days until... 1 day until.." emails will automatically adjust to the new date!

Imagine the freedom you'll feel, and lack of frustration.. not having to do that boring work or worry about making mistakes.

We're using this technique for all of our event based funnels like challenges and webinars and it's going to make a lot of clients happy to _not_ have to do all that work each time.
