We just wrapped a 3-day build.

One of those fully-immersive, all-in experiences where everyone shows up with their whole heart for three full days.

We poured our hearts out..
It wasn’t light work.
We cried at times.
We dug into past pain.
We felt the weight of the people we serve.
And we carried it together.

It was transformational.
But now..

I’m in the quietest room in the house.
Lights off.
Journal open.
Phone on sleep mode.

And I’m just breathing and writing.

I used to avoid this part..
The silence..
The stillness..
I’d try to outrun it..
Force more momentum..
Fill the space.

Not tonight.

Tonight, the stillness is the reward.
It’s where integration happens.
It’s where gratitude lands.
It’s where the next wave of clarity forms.
