I used to wear exhaustion like a badge of honor.

Four hours of sleep—maybe five on a good night.

I told myself it was necessary.

That things depended on me.

That I couldn’t afford to stop.

But the truth?

It wasn’t dedication.

It was immaturity.

A complete lack of responsibility.

And it was an endless cycle.
