Sometimes the smallest things stick with you.

I was at Mastermind in Paradise recently, listening to an interview with Steven Harward, and he said something that landed hard:

He doesn’t add his Joint Venture partners to his regular newsletter list.

Out of respect.

The interviewer stopped and called it out. Said how much he appreciated that.

And I did too.

Because I’ve just added a few high-profile JVs to my list. And at first, I just tagged them so I could filter them out manually before sending any big broadcasts.

That worked… mostly.

But today, I found something better.

If you’re using ClickFunnels 2.0..  you can actually unsubscribe people from specific email topics at the contact level.

This means you can manually unsubscribe someone from your weekly emails or offer blasts.. while keeping them subscribed to whatever you both actually care about.

Here’s how to do it:
 • Pull up the contact’s profile inside ClickFunnels.
 • In the upper right corner, click the “Manage Contact” dropdown.
 • Choose “Unsubscribe.”
 • You’ll see all their current subscriptions, broken out by Topic.
 • Uncheck the ones they shouldn’t get.
 • Done.

No risk of forgetting a filter.
No accidental broadcasts.
Just clean, respectful email hygiene.

Tiny detail.
Huge upgrade.
