Today didn’t go to plan.

Had a full list.
Didn’t touch most of it.

Because my wife needed me.

Not to fix anything.
Not to offer advice.
Just to be steady.
Safe.
Certain.

So I gave her that.

We sat.
We talked.
We worked through the hard stuff.

During this stretch..
No task was completed.
No box was checked.
But something way more important happened:

We leveled up.

It's easy to think that it's gonna be a setback..
You think you’re losing ground..
But really, you're building it.

Business can wait half a day.
Marriage can’t.

We’re not robots.
We’re not AI.
And thank God for that.

This is the real work.
