So often, when hit a tough moment in my work..

I catch myself reaching for Facebook.

Not because I need it..

But because I don’t want to avoid the discomfort of doing the work.

Not the most flattering realization.. but here we are.

So I’m blocking it.

No Facebook from 9 AM to 6 PM for the next 7 days.

No cheats. No “quick scrolls.” No fake productivity.

If I feel resistance, I’ll have to sit with it. Push through.

And honestly.. I expect withdrawals.

The itch to check. The reflex to distract.

But I also expect clarity.

More time.. More energy..

A mind that isn’t cluttered with things that don’t matter.

I think I'll miss connecting throughout the day.

That's a big part of it for me..

The sense of building cool stuff in concert with others.

But the focus and productivity should be worth it.

I want to see what happens when I stop feeding the distractions.. and start facing the work.
