What Happened When I Started Eating One Meal a Day (And Why It Changed My Work Too)

I’ve been eating one meal a day lately.
Breakfast only. That’s it.

Started as an experiment.
Stopped eating after 3pm so I could have breakfast at 7.
Then I pushed it further.

Why?
Because I started questioning the pattern.
Three meals a day?
Why?
Who said that’s what I needed?

It hit me...
We consume way more than we use.
Food. Content. Inputs.
We’re bloated… and still hungry.

So I stopped.
Just one intentional meal.
Packed with what I know I’ll need.
No grazing. No snacking. No default decisions.

And things started changing.

More focus.
More time.
Less noise.
I started eating with intention... and it's starting to spill into other areas.

We don’t just do this with food.
We do it with our schedule.
Our tech.
Our teams.
We keep consuming... hoping one more bite will make it better.

It won’t.

Start consuming less.
Start consuming with intention.
