I remember our first real funnel.

We worked on it for weeks on end.

Picked the perfect fonts..
Shot the videos..
Got the prettiest design loaded up..
It looked amazing.

And when we launched..
crickets.

No sales.
No traction.
Just silence.

Cue the panic..
Doubt..
Frustration..
Anger..

The real problem?

We were building for us.
Not for them.

We hadn’t really listened.
We hadn’t gone deep enough.
We hadn’t connected with the actual pain our people were sitting in.

Talking about our solution cost us..
Big time.

We kept eating into savings..
There were days when Alma and I were fighting about bills..
Blaming..
Projecting..
It was a mess..

I felt like a failure.
But I knew I would not give up..

In this darkness I found the light..

I started simply helping people..
For free..
Right where they were having issues.

Which led to opportunities to help on a grander scale.

Being humbled is a blessing..

It means you're aligning with what is..
Instead of what you're "pretty sure" of.

Do this..

Find your people.
See what hurts.
Solve that.
Directly.
Simply.

That’s what builds trust.
That’s what builds loyalty.

Do this over and over again and you will begin to truly make an impact.
