I'd been running my Linchpin offer for a while without a Funnel Hub. 😱

Social Proof - Testimonials and case studies
Content Hub - Recent blog posts or a social media widget showcasing your published content
Offer - Put your offer in front of their eyes once more at the bottom

Your funnel hub should have more than this, and I've since added a blog to mine, but something is better than nothing so this should get you started quickly.
