When we are in a sales conversation we are not persuaders, "arm twisters" or "pressure appliers".
We are merely facilitators.
My friend Anas says, "You facilitate the best decision that the buyer could make for themselves, their family, their future."
It's our job to facilitate a yes or no decision that fits in their best interest.
He goes on to say "A buyer is always in the driver's seat, but _where_ they want to drive, that's up to them!"
They will end up in one destination or another.
And *here* is where it's on *us* to serve.
They can end up at an undesigned destination, driving what they *don't* want to drive, living where they *don't* want to live, hanging with people they *don't* want to hang with, eat what they *don't* want to eat...
Or they will end up in a well designed destination, driving what they *do* want to drive, living where they *do* want to live, hanging with people they *do* want to hang out with, eating what they *do* want to eat.
Your product or service enables them to be where they want to be.. that's why you're talking with them.
It's your moral obligation to facilitate the best decision for them.
This is why sales is service.
Are you ready to serve?
