I've recently got back into developing software and the amount of hallucinations slows things down so considerably.

You have to really guide it, put boundaries on it, give it small problems to solve.

Here's what I'm doing

• Give it constraints.. small, specific tasks with a clear goal.
• Ask multiple agents the same question and compare results.
• Treat it like a bright intern, not a senior engineer.

Companies are finding this out too..
There are reports of AI pullbacks starting to happen.. ROI just not there.

AI doesn’t replace expertise.. it magnifies it.
If you don’t know what you’re doing, it multiplies confusion.
But if you do.. it can be rocket fuel..
