One of the coolest features in ClickFunnels.. and one I haven’t really seen anywhere else.. is the ability to trigger automations relative to a specific date.

This matters a lot more than it sounds.

Let’s say you’re running an event.

Five days before the event, you want to send an email.
Four days before, another.
Three days before, a reminder.
One hour before, a text.
At the exact start time, something else fires.

Then after the event..
Three hours later, send the replay.
If they showed up, send one set of emails.
If they didn’t, send another.
If they watched the replay, trigger backend offer logic.
If they didn’t, downsell.

All of that.. tied to one date.

That’s the key.

Because the next time you run the event, you don’t rebuild anything.
You don’t reschedule a dozen emails.
You don’t touch every workflow.

You change the date in one place.

Everything else just follows.
