It was a little intimidating..

Hosting a meetup at my house..

Opening my doors to a bunch of people I mostly knew online..

What if only a few people came? What if it was awkward? What if it just… flopped?

But I leaned in.

And 16 people showed up.

Some drove four hours just to be there.

As soon as everyone got in and the conversation started.. I knew.. it wasn't just another gathering..

It was a transference of energy.

It was ideas being validated.
Preconceptions being shattered.
People finally saying out loud what they’ve been stuck on.

Sure we talked about business.. 
But we talked about the real stuff.

The fears that keep us playing small.
The risks that didn’t pay off.
The weight of loss.
The thrill of a breakthrough.

We laughed, debated, ate, drank..

We connected.

And in a world that’s increasingly digital…


This was analog.

No screens.
No filters.


Just real people, in a real space, having real conversations.

And you know what hit me?

Sometimes, the thing you need isn’t another strategy.
It’s proximity.

You can bet that numbers got exchanged..

You can bet that money will multiply as a result of this gathering..

And the energy we created together?

It’s coming with us into everything we do next.

It doesn’t have to be big.
