There's an oft recited notion in our community about entrepreneurship being an amazing catalyst for personal growth.

​Because the market rewards us for our value.. and in order for us to receive more value, we must become more valuable.

Speaking for myself, there has been a direct correlation between my mental and emotional health and the value I can provide.

The better I am with me, the more impact I can make.

One thing that's worked for me recently is to literally journal to my inner child. 

I let him know that I'm there for him and check in with him daily.

Consistency with self builds self-trust and confidence, which removes layers of self-doubt, which allows you to move more quickly!
