Ever have a Zapier Zap automation fire when it shouldn’t?
Or worse.. not fire when it should?
That’s not Zapier’s fault.
That’s chaos in your ClickFunnels setup.. and it’s costing you
I was helping a client the other day who had one Zap connected to multiple funnels.
Looked brilliant at first..
Until one small change silently killed an entire workflow.
Here's how to keep things stable:
Use specific webhooks in your workflows... not global webhook triggers.
Each "Zappable" workflow in ClickFunnels should send its own webhook to Zapier.
One event, one purpose, one context, one place to debug.
Name everything clearly.
“VIP-Purchase” is better than “Webhook-1.”
It saves you tons of time when something misfires.
Clone your Zaps instead of stretching them.
Each workflow deserves its own Zap.
That way, if one breaks, the rest stay alive.
There are more elegant ways to configure things, but this is the safest and least error prone, especially for beginners.
Happy Zapping.
