Even after the healing.  
Even after the wins.  
Even after the growth.  

It still visits.  
That old feeling..
of strife.  
Of being misunderstood.  
Of isolation.  

And yeah, it rocks me.  
Used to be, I’d constantly spiral.  
Get in my head.  
Hypervigilantly run plays over and over.  
Simulating every scenario I could to avoid a crash.  

But not today.  

Today, I’m sitting with it.  
Not fixing.  
Not running.  
Just… present.  

Like a bison.  
Walking into the storm, not away from it.  

I have faith.  
I have my family.  
And I trust them to see me... *all* of me.  
Even the part that still gets scared sometimes.  

This isn’t regression.  
This is refinement.  

This too shall pass.  
And when it does... 
I'll be even stronger than before.
