The $47 Mistake: Why Small Lists Need High-Ticket Offers First

Don’t make this mistake..

Launching a $47 continuity offer when your list is under 1,000 people is worse than a slow start.. it’s a death sentence.

Back in 2023, I did exactly that.

I had a tiny list, just a few hundred names, and I sent them straight to a VSL.

The conversions were fine.. even above industry benchmarks.

But the audience was so small, the math just didn’t work.

Great numbers on paper, but in real life..

.. let’s just say my family wasn’t eating steak dinners off that launch.

It wasn’t until I ran my first challenge that things shifted.

Challenges gave me time to build trust, show authority, and by the time I made the offer, closing was easy.

Here's how to do it.

#1 Identify a problem that your prospects will have that is real, solvable in a few days and.. when it's solved.. creates a new problem that your core offer is the solution for.
#2 Create a bulk grouping of your continuity based offer in 6 or 12 month chunks.
#3 Launch it to your same, smaller audience and 10x or 100x your revenue.. vs selling them a sub $100 trial

So if you’ve got a small list but big goals, stop chasing $97 subscriptions.

Focus on high-ticket offers first.
