To properly serve your customers.. DO NOT dump your content into a course and call it a "Membership Site".

To make an impact, you need a product that actually changes someone’s life.

Here’s how I build mine... and how you can build yours:

Start with the transformation.

Not the title.
Not the features.
Not the tech.

The transformation.

Step 1: Define the Problem State
What are they stuck with right now?
What do they feel when they wake up at 3am?
What do they believe that’s keeping them stuck?
Write it down in brutal detail.


Step 2: Define the Solution State
What does life look like when your product works?
What’s changed in their identity?
What can they do now that they couldn’t before?
Don’t jot down 3 or 4 words.. describe.

Step 3: Map the Stages of Change
This is the path from stuck to free.
Each stage should solve one major block.
Think of these as chapters in the transformation.
Simple. Sequential. Strategic.

Step 4: Identify Milestones

This is where most creators fall short.
A milestone should be obvious. Measurable. Tangible.

✔️ First sale made
✔️ Landing page published
✔️ Conversation with spouse had
✔️ Workouts completed

If they can’t say “I’ve done this,” it’s not a milestone.

Now each stage becomes a module.

Each milestone becomes a moment of proof that triggers a dopaminergic response that causes them to do the next module too.

That’s how you build something that delivers real results.

And when your product delivers real results?

It sells itself.
