I’m tired.

I’m tired of seeing people with so much potential.. people who were put on this planet to make a difference.. hold back.

We build systems. We map out the strategy. They’re ready to run.. and then fear shows up.

Fear of judgment. Fear of failure. Fear of not being enough.

And suddenly, they stall.

For this post I'm specifically talking to the men in the audience.

Brothers, we don’t get forever. Our time is limited.

So if you’ve been waiting.. hiding.. overthinking..
It’s time to move.

You’ve got a mission.
You’ve got gifts others desperately need.
Your family, your people are depending on you.

Yes, it’s scary.
Yes, you’ll face setbacks.
Yes, you’ll put yourself out there and sometimes it’ll feel like no one notices.

But you’ll get through it. You’ll grow stronger. And on the other side of that fear is the impact you were made to deliver.

So stop waiting for perfect. Stop letting doubt win. Screw that mess..

Go find your people. Serve them. Take the hits. Keep going.

As a man, you're friggin' built to withstand punishment.

It needs your courage.
