I’m building something new.

On top of everything else I’m already doing.

Not with “normal” work hours… with the extra hours. Side project energy.

Almost like I’ve got my 9–5, and this is the thing I’m building on the side to add more value to the world.

Here’s the problem: it’s tough to balance building something new while running everything else.

And without structure? “Someday” turns into never. Years pass with no progress.

That’s exactly what happened to me. For years, this thing just sat there.

The fix? I started treating it like a side hustle.

One feature. One improvement. One step at a time.

So here’s my nudge: whatever you’ve been sitting on… start today.
Do one thing. Then another tomorrow. Let it compound.
