Today was a big day.

My first ever webinar.

I’ve poured everything into it.
The funnel. The offer. The deck. The flow.
And beneath all of that?

Fear.

What if no one signs up?
What if they sign up and don’t show?
What if they show and don’t buy?
What if they buy and don’t win?

Loop after loop.
Heavy. Constant. Subconscious.

And then...
Right as I was putting the final touches on the slide that transitions to the offer..
I broke.

Not dramatically. Not publicly.
Just quietly… sitting beside Alma.
I laid my head on her shoulder and cried.

And here’s the thing:

That used to feel impossible.
Unthinkable.
Unsafe.

But I’ve changed.
We’ve changed.

I let her in.
I let myself lean.
And somehow, that made me stronger.

Because when I can fall apart with her,
I can show up stronger for her.
And for everything else that matters.

That’s what health looks like today.

Not hiding.
Not pretending.
Just being seen... so I can keep showing up.
