When you launch, give your early birds something special.. Some bonus that they get when they buy the launch offer.

Close cart after a week or two to complete the launch.

Keep it closed for a month or two and serve your new customers..

If you've done a founding members launch, finish your continuity as well.

Then, when things have stabilized, reopen that coming soon funnel and get people excited again.

Launch that baby and welcome everyone in!

Same funnel.
New round of buyers.
Better conversion.
Less work.

A client of mine opened theirs two months later.
And it crushed at 9%+.
