Picture this..

It’s 9:22 AM in Las Vegas.

I’m sitting in the food court at the Venetian, waiting for the shops to open.

I’ve already been walking the Strip for an hour.

Not for a meeting.

Not for a mastermind.

Not for some secret FHL networking opportunity.

I’m here because I’m on a mission.

I need to find a heart-shaped box of chocolates for my daughter.

And I will not stop until I do.

FHL is happening back at the venue...

Connections being made...

Insights being shared

Million-dollar ideas being dropped.

And yet… here I am.

Sitting..

Waiting..

Because some things matter more.

It’s about perseverance.

It’s about values.

It’s about priorities.

And also self-compassion..

I could have planned better.

I could have figured this out ahead of time.

But I didn’t.

No matter..

I'll find a way.

I wait.

I walk.

And I trust.

Because faith isn’t just believing in something bigger.

Faith is knowing that what you’re committed to will come to pass.

Faith is refusing to stop until the outcome is in your hands.

And faith is understanding that the real work of success isn’t just in the strategies, the connections, the tactics.

It’s in showing up for what matters... again and again... no matter how inconvenient or poorly timed.

I don’t care how many stores I have to check.

I don’t care how long it takes.

I will find this box of chocolates.

Because the small things?

The ones no one else sees?

They’re the things that shape everything.
