When you look at the Linchpin diagram, there are a bunch of numbers and arrows and it can be hard to grasp without an explainer.
In the center you'll see a box labeled Continuity / Subscription and in there you'll see Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
But what do they mean?
Well they're kinda like the DotCom Secrets Value Ladder.
In fact, Steve J Larsen calls it "The Value Ladder With Rules"
Here are a couple of ways you can think of it
If you've got an infoproduct/coaching offering:
Level 1 is DIY (They do things on their own with no support)
Level 2 is DWY (They work with you in a group setting)
Level 3 is DFY (You are doing a lot of the work for them)
If you're a Software as a Service company
Level 1 is the core SaaS product
Level 2 includes a course that helps you make the most of the SaaS product
Level 3 is coaching that helps you get a specific result with the SaaS product
What are you going to do with your 3 levels of Linchpin?
