

On day two of our road trip, minutes from our destination, my wife Alma and I were talking about Linchpin for Realtors.
I said that I thought it was the one major industry where Linchpin couldn't work.
She said that she thought I had a limiting belief
I said I'd love to be wrong but I couldn't see it…
Then she schooled me!
Here were her suggestions:
A realtor in a specific market could have a paid newsletter, giving the best tips and leads on new inventory for a certain area.
They could also have a Success Path that educates buyers on how to achieve their goals.
For instance, a success path that helps potential new construction custom home owners find their dream lot, get the right architect and builder.. Every step they'll need to know along the path can be a stage on a Linchpin membership success path.
Couple that with a community of buyers that have the same desires and ethos and people might stay even after they've bought their houses just for the community!
So there you have it. Alma I'm wrong, you're right.
Linchpin can be for everyone.
