Here’s how we did it.. start to finish.

1. Capture Everything
We recorded the entire strategy session and our private follow-up in Otter.
That gave us a transcript of every insight, emotion, and next step.. zero guesswork.

2. Prime the AI
We dropped both transcripts into ChatGPT and told it exactly what we were doing and what the end goal was.
We asked:

“Summarize the ‘aha’ moments, the key takeaways, and the specific action items.”
It did that in seconds.

3. Generate the Copy
Next prompt:

“Write funnel copy for an application funnel based on his advice.”
I asked for markdown formatting so it’d paste cleanly into a Google Doc.. columns, spacing, alignment the works.
It nailed it.

4. Divide and Conquer
While Alma reviewed and corrected the copy, I jumped into ClickFunnels 2 and started building.
She finished editing.. I dropped it in.

5. Create the Visuals
I had ChatGPT generate editorial-grade MidJourney prompts.
Went into MidJourney, tried several looks, picked the best images, ran them through a local optimizer.

7. Connect and Automate
Hooked up the calendar, set up workflows, double-checked the triggers.

Done.

From first insight to final funnel.. less than half a day.
No all-nighter. No creative bottleneck.
