Running automations from CF2 to Skool with Zapier?

Here’s what to do when something breaks and nothing makes sense.

I just helped a well-known marketer clean up 4 workflows that were glitching out between ClickFunnels 2.0 and Skool.

Everything looked right..
But users weren’t getting added to Skool.

Here's what we did:

1. Start With Logs.
We checked both Zapier logs and CF webhook logs.
Found the issue fast: the email was missing in the Zapier step... but it was present in the JSON payload from CF.

2. Don’t Waste Time Debugging Bad Plumbing.
Rather than untangle the broken Zaps, we built a fresh one from scratch.
The first test worked. Clean. Fast.

3. Scale the Fix.
We rebuilt all 4 automations based on the new pattern, updated the links in CF2, and ran final tests.
Everything worked.
Saved him hours of future frustration... and a flood of support tickets and manual entry.
