Want to stay compliant and keep Stripe, Payments.ai, and your merchant accounts happy?
Here’s how to make sure your funnel doesn’t get flagged.
This isn’t legal advice, but I’ve built a ton of funnels…
And one thing I always make sure to include, especially when collecting payments, is this:
- A terms of service.
- A privacy policy.
- And a footer with links to both... plus a customer support email.
Here's how I do it:
1. For your Privacy Policy, go to Google and search “ClickFunnels Business Tools.”
Use their Privacy Policy Generator, pop in your info, and paste it into a standalone page in CF2.
If you want to tighten it up, run it through ChatGPT.
2. For your Terms of Service, I use Termly.
It’s free for one policy. Use the wizard, publish in HTML, and drop it into another standalone CF2 page.
3. Build a Universal Footer in ClickFunnels 2.0.
Add a paragraph element. Link to both of those pages. Include your support email.
Now it shows up on every page... and you’re covered.
If you’re running without these, it’s only a matter of time before you hit a snag, and you might not get approved until you have them.
Fix it today.
Your processor, and your customers, will thank you.
