Here's how to build a Lead Opt-In funnel that people say yes to
• Start with a simple 2 step funnel
• On the first page write a headline that uses curiosity and leads the prospect away from pain
• Put an image of the lead magnet on the left side of a two column row
• On the right side, tell them exactly what to do, "Click the button below to get free access"
• Add a popup that takes email address and maybe the first name and you're golden!
There are other variants but this is the battle tested formula that works.
Simple right?
