You ever work on an ad or a funnel that has an AMAZING message, but barely converts?
Or maybe you've stumbled upon the killer market that has your perfect avatar, but your messages just aren't landing.
The solution comes from an old guy who knows a thing or two about Marketing.
In Dan Kennedy's book, Magnetic Marketing, he defines the Magnetic Marketing Triangle as metaphor for where you should be applying equal amounts of time and attention on your Message, the Market you deliver it to and the Medium through which you deliver it.
You can have the perfectly crafted message and deliver it to people who don't need what you do or can't afford it.
Conversely you can have a mediocre message, put it in front of the right people and do really well!
This is great news because you might not need to throw everything away to get drastic improvements.
Start making tweaks to the two or three sides of the triangle that you know aren't as strong and see how it works for you.
