The modern social platforms have features like polls and open ended questions where you can just ask them what they want!

You ask, they answer, you deliver, they level up then you ask the next question!

On a recent podcast episode & live stream, Alina Eisenhauer recommended to set up a Q&A Day each week.

"It's fun for everyone including me because I don't have to do any prep etc... just show up and hang out. Once in a while I'll have everyone introduce themselves and where they're from etc...it's great for community building and 'stickiness'"

So there are to ways you can gain confidence in your ability to deliver value in a group.
