You commit to a huge goal.. and almost instantly, the old fears crawl out of the woodwork.

That familiar voice from way back that says..

"Nope.. we don't do that."
"We made an agreement.. remember?"
"Doing that is not worth the risk."
"I'm taking over.. I know what's best.."

Boom.. emotional flood..
Freeze, fight, flee.

It's friggen real..
Like fighting invisible walls.
Every step forward feels like a battle with yourself.
You start wondering if it’s even worth it.

A lot of times.. I just muscle through..
And most of the time, it's the wrong move.

When I really want to level up.. I sit with it.
Bust out the journal.
Grieve.
Have a session.
Feel it.. go all the way in it.

The second you do, they lose their power.

And what’s on the other side?
A version of you that’s stronger. More resilient.

Not just someone who hit a goal..

But someone who can carry that strength into every goal that comes next.
