

My top takeaway from the recent 2CCX mastermind came from Laura Mzhickteno's talk.
The whole thing was rad but there was one nugget that I've already started to implement.
It might sound familiar but, for me anyway, it was one those things that I've heard a bunch of times and it just clicked now.
Here it is:
Create a list of you dream customer's pain points.
But don't stop at "overwhelmed" or "frustrated".
Take the time to detail out the specific pain point.
What are they specifically frustrated by?
What specifically is causing them to feel overwhelmed?
Create a long list of these.
Then when you need content, create a post that mentions the pain point.
It can be to get them to say "Yeah.. this resonates"
Or it can be the lead up to a CTA for your solution.
When you get to the bottom of the list, jump back up to the top and start again!
Easy right?
