​Fueled by an ability to learn quickly and a large inferiority complex, I'd do what was required and then some to get the job done and feel safe.

"Busy" has no value in your own business.

"​Putting in the hours" won't pay the bills.

​It was only through a ton of pain, relationship strain and financial loss that I started to really change how I showed up.

​The 80/20 principle was a major factor.

​Defining my own outcomes and committing to them no matter what helped

​Identifying all the ways that I escaped emotional pain (social media, food, conversation) was another level up.
