Ditching the Dopamine Trap for Something That Actually Feels Good

Ever notice how stress makes you consume more?

You’re overwhelmed, so you open Facebook.
You’re tired, so you check the news.
You’re stuck, so you scroll.

Feels good in the moment.
But it never actually fixes anything.

Next week, I’m trying something different.

Instead of consuming, I’m creating.

Every time I go to check a site for a dopamine hit, I’ll spend 5 minutes synthesizing sound.

Because there’s nothing I love more than that.

I bet I’ll get 30 minutes a day in without even trying.

And instead of feeling drained, I’ll feel energized.
