Did you know there's a secret way to create lists in Clickfunnels?

When a new contact entered your world in ClickFunnels Classic your first task was to get them on a list!

You won't find any "Lists" in ClickFunnels (2? New?)

Contacts are in a single pool and are segmented by tags and other metadata for audience building.

But if you look hard in the Marketing Settings you'll find "Topics"!

These… are basically lists. :o

They're technically not though.. They're more like categories that you can use to differentiate the types of broadcast emails you send.

But they *are* like lists in one important way…

Your subscribers can opt in or out of Topics!

I just tested this and it's true… If a customer opts out of one topic, but remains a subscriber, and you send an email on that topic, they will not get it!

I plan on creating a Topic called Newsletter when I start sending my newsletter.

This will let users opt out of the daily/weekly content but still get notifications about upcoming Challenges or other special offers.

Do you use Topics in ClickFunnels?
