Devastating Linchpin Mistakes To Avoid

Russell's Linchpin Framework is a killer way to sell a membership, SaaS or other recurring revenue service.

​But you've gotta nail some things or it won't work.

​Here are some mistakes to avoid:

​- Having a small audience and expecting huge results with a Level 1 Offer: You need a ton of people to scale this to 2CC numbers. Don't expect to grow this quickly on your own without paid traffic or some really successful dramatic demonstrations.

​- Neglecting a Success Path: Even if you're shipping vitamins, you're creating an identity transformation. Give them the path to success and hype up others as they gain success. Dumping all of your courses isn't enough!

​- Not creating an early bird list: If you're starting from scratch, you still need a list. Build one over time by adding value to free groups where your dream clients congregate.

​- Creating Continuity that People Don't Want: I had a client whose funnel converted really well, but after 3 or 4 months they had a lot of chargebacks so they could never hit compounding continuity.

​- Launching and Unproven Offer and Expecting and Instant Win: If your offer is new and your audience is small, it's just harder to tell whether it's working or if you should pivot. Keep your head up and seek feedback from buyers to know if you've got a winner.. if so, THEN lean in and go hard.
