You know what sucks?

You're doing your thing, humming along and then.. something isn't right.

Nothing communicates your context more clearly than a video of you doing the thing.

If you're in a real world environment, whip out your phone and show what it is you need to accomplish.

If you're on a computer or phone, use the native screen recording abilities or something like Loom to show everything you've tried with 0 ambiguity.

It's the supporters job to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
