To be honest I've felt like this on the regular..

Too often I've felt like I'm letting my wife and daughter down because I'm away working so much.

One concept Russell likes to talk about is "who, not how".

This could mean to:

...hire a consultant or
...add a team member or
...join that mastermind you've been thinking of or
...getting coaching or
...trying a high leverage new AI tool

One thing I've done recently that has changed things is to get help and add members to the team!

I'm finding that it not only helps me, but it helps them too, because not everyone wants to create and publish every day!
